Providing any of this is voluntary. You can browse the site without giving us anything.
Like most websites, this one receives standard technical information from your browser when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, and the pages you view with their timestamps. This is used to keep the site working and to understand roughly how it is being used — never to identify you personally.
Your information is not used for automated decision-making or profiling, and it is not sold, rented, or traded to anyone.
Eric Misch is not a covered entity under HIPAA, and information you share here is not protected health information under that law. Health details you share in a form, an email, or a consultation are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties for marketing — but please share only what you are comfortable sharing, and never send sensitive medical records by email.
If you opt in, you'll receive emails from Eric Misch. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately, and you can also email [email protected] to be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages such as a booking confirmation.
The site and the tools embedded in it may set cookies — small files stored by your browser — to keep the site functioning, remember preferences, and understand general usage patterns. Embedded content such as the scheduling widget and video players may set their own cookies under their own policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may break the scheduler or other embedded features.

Email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe or ask to be deleted. Booking records and consultation notes are kept for as long as needed for the coaching relationship and for a reasonable period afterward. Technical logs are kept only briefly. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others — have these rights by statute, and requests will never result in discriminatory treatment.
Sale of personal information: Eric Misch does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and personal information is not knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has provided information, email [email protected] and it will be deleted.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect your information, including encrypted connections and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, however, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
